Pete Carr serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of A1R Water. Mr. Carr has more than three decades of leadership experience in the beverage industry. Prior to joining A1R Water in 2024, Mr. Carr served as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Growth Officer of Bacardi Limited and previously served as Regional President of Bacardi North America from 2014 to 2023. Earlier in his career, Mr. Carr held several senior leadership roles at Diageo, including President of U.S. Spirits for Diageo North America, President of Diageo Guinness USA and Senior Vice President of Sales for Diageo North America. He also served as Executive President of Glazer’s Inc., now Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.
Mr. Carr holds a B.A. in speech communication from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Jennifer Chaplin Tolkin serves as Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Campari America at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. She previously held several senior commercial leadership positions at Southern Glazer’s, including Vice President of Commercial Sales for the Campari Division and Vice President of Family-Owned Brands. Earlier in her career, she worked at William Morris Endeavor, a leading global entertainment agency. Ms. Tolkin brings expertise in beverage distribution, supplier management and commercial strategy.
Kevin Shannon is a Director and Portfolio Manager at Inflection Point Asset Management and has experience across investment management, capital markets and strategic transactions. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. VI and previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. V. In addition, he serves as Special Advisor to USA Rare Earth.
Andrea Mollica serves as Managing Director at Tau Capital, a global DeepTech investment firm. He has more than a decade of experience in private equity, venture capital and strategic advisory, with experience leading high-growth investments and cross-border transactions across multiple industries.
Peter McDonough has extensive executive leadership experience across publicly traded and privately held consumer products companies. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive leadership roles at Diageo, Procter & Gamble, Gillette and Black & Decker. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Trait Biosciences and serves on the board of Franklin BSP Realty Trust (NYSE: FBRT), as well as the boards of Bedoukian Research and Hood River Distillers.
Matthew Hurn has more than 35 years of international finance, treasury and investment experience across both the public and private sectors. He serves as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for Credit and Special Solutions within Mubadala Investment Company, the Abu Dhabi sovereign investment firm, where he has held leadership roles since 2008. Mr. Hurn also serves as Chairman of Themis and serves on the board of Yomly.
