Pete Carr serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director of A1R Water. Mr. Carr has more than three decades of leadership experience in the beverage industry. Prior to joining A1R Water in 2024, Mr. Carr served as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Growth Officer of Bacardi Limited and previously served as Regional President of Bacardi North America from 2014 to 2023. Earlier in his career, Mr. Carr held several senior leadership roles at Diageo, including President of U.S. Spirits for Diageo North America, President of Diageo Guinness USA and Senior Vice President of Sales for Diageo North America. He also served as Executive President of Glazer’s Inc., now Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.
Mr. Carr holds a B.A. in speech communication from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Ryan Bibbo serves as Chief Operating Officer of A1R Water and is responsible for operational execution, manufacturing initiatives and supply chain development. Prior to joining A1R Water in 2024, Mr. Bibbo served as Global VP of People & Talent of Bacardi Limited and Vice President at Glazer’s Inc. Prior to that, he served in various senior management roles at Diageo, including as Senior Director of HR, Commercial Capability & Talent Management for Diageo North America.
Mr. Bibbo holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University.
David Tuerff serves as Chief Financial Officer of A1R Water, where he oversees finance, accounting, treasury, investor relations, capital markets and public company readiness initiatives. Mr. Tuerff has more than 15 years of finance and capital markets experience across the energy, infrastructure and industrial sectors, including leadership roles involving IPOs, M&A transactions and debt and equity financings.
Prior to joining A1R Water in 2025, Mr. Tuerff served as Senior Vice President of Finance & Investor Relations at Aris Water Solutions, where he led investor relations, strategic finance and capital markets initiatives following the company’s public listing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tuerff held finance leadership roles at General Electric across the energy and industrial businesses.
Mr. Tuerff holds a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University.
